Our friends in Tasmania get together most months at Sandy Bay to kick tyres and chat about life, Lotus and everything. Robert Verhey made it to the final meeting of the year on Sunday December 1, and very kindly reached out with a few photos that you can enjoy below.

Forecasts of heavy morning rain and thunderstorms proved unfounded, and Sunday’s sleep in plans were thwarted by an unexpectedly warm, sunny start to the day at Sandy Bay. A good variety of marques including Ferraris, Lotus and a stunning Mk 1 Escort made the early start more than worth it.

Enjoy the images, and make sure to head down if you’re in the area on the first Sunday of the month. The next catch-up on the shore of Sandy Bay will be on Sunday the 5th of January, 2025.
