Gino Valdes has kindly reached out with a brilliant set of photos from the recent Lotus 2017 and Simply Sports Cars’ Winton Raceway Lotus-Only Track Day.

The Lotus 2017 Biennial meeting saw the Lotus community head to Beechworth in Victoria for a massive long weekend of Lotus celebrations over the 22nd to 24th of April, 2017. The event included plenty of socialising, with welcome meal on the Saturday evening followed by the Concours d’Elegance and picnic lunch during the day on Sunday and a dinner at the Lindewarrah in the evening.

Monday provided opportunities to tour the region before the evening’s gala dinner and awards ceremony at Brown Brothers. For the more motorsport inclined, the first of Simply Sports Cars’ magic Lotus-Only Track Days of 2017 was also held on the Monday and provided a great opportunity to enjoy the cars in the manner for which they were designed around the brilliant Winton Raceway circuit.
