On Wednesday evening, the 20th of July, we enjoyed a lovely social catch-up very generously hosted by Classic Throttle Shop.

We’d like to send a huge ‘Thank you!’ to Rory, Karin, Jay and the team at Classic Throttle Shop for hosting us so warmly at their stunning showroom. The team have done a magnificent job fitting out their space and filling it with wonderful (and absolutely immaculate) machines. It’s a warm, welcoming space with a sophisticated retro feel – and a lovely place to spend some time dreaming.

And the ’56 Lotus-Climax Eleven Le Mans, ’65 Ford Lotus Cortina Mk1 and ’87 Lotus Turbo Esprit HC that greeted us certainly didn’t detract from the atmosphere!

A special thanks to everyone who braved the rain to join us for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly catch-up and were pleased to see such a good turnout.
