Hi All,
Just a quick note to let you know that we are aware of people having issues accessing the newsletter even though they are logged in correctly, and have begun a process to resolve the bugs in the system. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next few days.
If you’re struggling to access the newsletter, please give the following a try (in order):
The simple way: click the download link and if you see “No Access” and are logged in, refresh by pushing ctrl+f5 if you’re on PC or command+r if you’re on Mac. From this point you should be able to access the file normally as long as you are logged in.
The longer way:
Log out
Refresh the page by pushing ctrl+f5 if you’re on PC or command+r if you’re on Mac
Log back in
Before you try to download the newsletter click ‘News’ from the top menu
Refresh the page by pushing ctrl+f5 if you’re on PC or command+r if you’re on Mac
Then click the link to download the newsletter (you should also be able to right-click and select ‘Save-As’ to download it to your machine)
